It’s Back to School Week @ The Club –
and there are New Club Rules.
- PLEASE read the CLUB HANDBOOK (2019), particularly GUIDELINES and RULES.
- Club Members in the 7th grade and older may leave and return to the Club.
- Club Members in the 6th grade and younger must remain at the Club until they are picked up to go home.
Membership Cards (pictured above) are now required for entrance.
Members must be currently registered to receive a Membership Card.
How do I / does my child get a new Membership Card? You pick up, complete and turn in (with payment) the Registration Renewal Packet which is available to pick up at the Club. Instructions were emailed to renewing Members in the Member e-Blast on August 13 and 18.
My child received a Club Card this summer: doesn’t that work? No. The Summer Membership Card distribution was a pilot program and everyone will get a new Card this August whether or not they received a Membership Card this summer. Summer cards expire on August 19.
I’ve been gone. Can I still turn my Renewal Registration packet at the Club? Yes, however, your child’s membership card will not be processed until the week of Monday, August 19. If you are a current Club parent, you should be receiving eblasts: please read the August 18 eblast for details.
I returned my packet last week, but my child doesn’t have a card. Your child should pick up their card at the Club Office when she/he arrives at the Club this week. Depending on the volume of last-minute arrivals on Monday, August 19, your child’s photo may not be taken nor card may not be available until Tuesday or Wednesday, August 20 or 21.
