How to Sign Up on TraxSolutions
We’re excited to welcome your family to the Salesian Boys’ & Girls’ Club! Below is a simple guide to help you complete the membership process using TraxSolutions, our online registration system.
This guide includes two short videos to walk you through everything from setting up your parent account to enrolling your child and paying the membership fee.

Step 1: Create Your Account
After attending your new member meeting, you’ll receive an email from Programs@salesianclub.org
. This email will include a personalized link that will take you to TraxSolutions to create your account.
To get started, you’ll:

Click the link in the email

Enter your name, email address, and create a secure password

Confirm your email to activate your account
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the message right away.

What Happens Next?
After you create your account, please allow 24 to 48 hours for your account to be reviewed and approved by our staff. Once your account is ready, you’ll receive a follow-up email from TraxSolutions letting you know it’s time to enroll your child.
Step 2: Enroll Your Child + Pay Membership Fee
Once you receive the approval email, log in to your TraxSolutions account and go to the “Memberships” section. From there:

Click Enroll

Fill out your child’s profile with details like name, grade, school, and emergency contacts

Submit the form

The system will then prompt you to pay the $10 membership fee per child
You’ll need to repeat this step for each child you wish to enroll.

Final Step: You’re Enrolled!
Once your enrollment form is submitted and the membership fee is paid, your child will be fully enrolled and ready to begin their journey at the Salesian Boys’ & Girls’ Club.
