Old Timers Dinner
Father Trinchieri Award Recipient: Dave Mana
Rooted in a tradition dating back to 1941, the Old Timers Dinner brings together generations of alumni to celebrate the lifelong connections formed at the Club. The Father Trinchieri Award honors individuals whose lives reflect the enduring mission and values of the Salesian Boys’ & Girls’ Club.
This year’s recipient, Dave Mana, is a constant presence in the life of the Club. Whether volunteering his time, cooking for events, supporting sleepaway camp, or stepping in wherever needed, Dave shows up with consistency and purpose. His contributions span countless moments, always marked by generosity and a genuine commitment to the community.
His service represents the spirit of the Club across generations.
We invite you to join us in celebrating this recognition and the role Dave has played in the ongoing story of Salesian.

Women's Dinner
The Women’s Dinner recognizes recipients of the Bertha Bedoni Award, honoring women whose leadership and long-standing service have strengthened the Salesian community across generations.
This year’s honoree, Frances Emmons, represents that legacy in full. A former Club member, she later returned as a parent, guiding her own children through the same community that shaped her. Over the years, she has continued to give back through dedicated service—both as an active member of the community and as part of the team supporting our scholarship program.
Her impact spans generations. Her commitment reflects the mission of the Club at its best.
We are proud to recognize Frances Emmons with the Bertha Bedoni Award and grateful for the lasting difference she has made.

The Joey Alioto Golf Tournament is a longstanding Salesian tradition bringing together alumni, families, and supporters for a weekend of competition, connection, and community — all in support of youth programs at the Salesian Boys’ & Girls’ Club.
Proceeds directly benefit athletics, arts, academic enrichment, and leadership development programs serving youth across San Francisco.
