Joining The Club.

How old does my child need to be to join?

The Club serves youth ages 8 through 18. Children who are 8 years old can begin once they are in 3rd grade.

How does my child join The Club?

Membership begins with a new member meeting. Families should start on the Become a Member page to request the next available meeting and review the joining process.

How much does membership cost?

Club membership is $10 per child per year. No child will be turned away because of inability to pay.

Hours

When The Club is open.

When is The Club open?

The Club is open year round. Regular school-year hours are weekday afternoons, and Saturday hours are scheduled as programmed for games, special events, and Club activities.

Summer hours generally run Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, from the start of summer programming until school resumes.

All Club hours are subject to change. Families should check Club communications for schedule updates.

When are auditions for plays and musicals?

The theatre program typically produces two shows each year. Signups are handled through the TraxSolutions Parent Portal.

What sports are available, and how does my child join a team?

The Club participates in CYO league teams. Children must be current Club members and must register through the TraxSolutions Parent Portal. Families also use CYO’s TeamSideline system for athletics registration.

Are there options for younger children?

Yes. Camp Grigio is the Club’s summer day camp option for pre-Club age youth.

What about high school students?

Some Club programs are open to high school students. Families should contact the Club for current high school program options.
