Cooking gives Club members hands-on experience preparing food while developing practical skills, confidence, creativity, and teamwork.
Participants learn how to follow recipes, measure ingredients, use kitchen tools safely, and work together to prepare a variety of dishes. Sessions may also introduce basic nutrition, food handling, kitchen organization, and cleanup responsibilities.
Recipes and activities change throughout the year based on available ingredients, seasonal themes, and member interest. No previous cooking experience is required.
