TeamSideline
After TraxSolutions registration, families use TeamSideline for CYO athletics.
TraxSolutions
Use a computer or tablet.
TraxSolutions is not mobile friendly. Families should complete parent portal setup and registration on a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet.
Athletics Registration
Club membership comes first.
Children must be current Club members before signing up for Salesian athletics. Families must register for CYO sports in TraxSolutions first. If a child is not signed up for a team in TraxSolutions, they cannot play for The Club.
TeamSideline is managed by Catholic Charities Youth Organization, not the Salesian Boys’ & Girls’ Club.
Membership Card Guide
What each card color means.
Each membership card identifies a member’s grade level, campus permissions, and checkout rules while they are at The Club.
Red Card
6th grade and below
No off-campus privileges. Members must remain onsite until picked up by a parent or guardian.
Must stay onsite
Yellow Walk Home Card
Signed walk-home permission
For members in 6th grade and below with a signed waiver on file in TraxSolutions. Members may walk home or take Muni when leaving for the day.
No in-and-out privileges
Green Card
7th grade and above
Allows off-campus in-and-out privileges with a signed waiver on file. Members must check in and out each time they leave or return.
In-and-out allowed
Card privileges can be revoked by The Club at any time.
Younger Children
Camp Grigio
Camp Grigio is the summer day camp option for pre-Club age youth.
