Membership begins with a new member meeting. Our Programs team will confirm eligibility, explain Club expectations, and guide your family through registration.
Register after the meeting.
After your meeting, complete your child’s profile through the TraxSolutions Parent Portal. Families should use a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet.

The Membership Handbook explains Club policies, family expectations, program guidance, and important details for the year.

Email the Programs team with your child’s current grade and your contact information.
Attend the meeting.
Review eligibility, expectations, registration steps, and any questions before completing the online profile.
Complete registration.
Use TraxSolutions to submit your child’s membership details and finalize the process.
Membership Notes
What families should know.
- Annual membership is $10 per child.
- No child is turned away because of inability to pay.
- The Club serves youth ages 8 and up, beginning in 3rd grade.
- Current families can access the TraxSolutions Parent Portal.
