  • You must be a current Club member before signing up to participate in athletics for The Club.

  • Click here to login to your existing TraxSolutions account.
  • After you have registered in TraxSolutions families will need to create a parent portal through the CYO platform, TeamSideline. To Create a TeamSideline account or login to an existing account, Click Here.
  • NOTE: TeamSideline is not part of the SBGC platform; Catholic Charities Youth Organization (CYO) manages this site.
  • Sign ups for athletics will no longer be taken in the office or by phone.  This is the only option for signing up your child for athletics.

Salesian Boys’ & Girls’ Club Membership Cards

Once your child is an active Club Member they will have a Membership Card that they must bring with them to Club each day.

A few Important things for Families to Understand About Club Membership Cards:

  • Families give permissions for Yellow Walk Home Cards and Green Cards through their TraxSolutions Parent Portal.
  • When a child with a Red or Yellow Walk Home membership Club arrives at The Club and scans in, they must remain here until they are either picked up or walk home to leave for the day.
  • Members must be active members with current registration for the 2023-2024 school year.
  •  Members must physically have their Yellow Walk Home or Green cards on them in order to leave. If they do not have the physical card on their person they will need to be picked up by a parent or guardian.
  • Green Card holders must check in and out each time they leave and return to The Club
  • To encourage responsibility and accountability Yellow Walk Home and Green Card privileges can be revoked by The Club if they are being misused at any time.

What Each Membership Card Color Means

Red Membership Cards:

  • These cards are for members in 6th grade and below.
  • These cards have NO OFF-CAMPUS privileges and must remain ONSITE at all times until picked up by a parent or guardian.

Yellow Walk Home Permission Cards:

  • These cards are for members in 6th grade and below.
  • These are Red Cards with a yellow stripe that says Walk Home.
  • A Walk Home card means that a signed waiver is on file on the member’s TraxSolutions account that states that the family allows their child to walk home or take Muni.
  • If a member has a Walk Home card once they scan into The Club, they must remain onsite at The Club until they are leaving to go home. Once they leave, they need to go to their home. They DO NOT have in and out privileges.
  • They must be able to get themselves home by walking or Muni, they cannot wait outside The Club to be picked up.
  • Walk Home card privileges can be revoked by The Club at any time.

Green Membership Cards:

  • These cards are for members in 7th grade and above.
  • These cards allow for in and out OFF CAMPUS privileges.
  •  A Green Membership card means that a signed waiver is on file on the member’s TraxSolutions account that states that the family allows their child leave and return to campus at their will during The Club’s hours.
  • We encourage Green Card holders to walk to and from the store or local eateries. We discourage them from hanging out at Washington Square Park or at Joe DiMaggio during Club time, we would prefer they hang out here when they return with their snacks.
  • Green card privileges can be revoked by The Club at any time.
